Rev. Madeline “MAD” Long

Founder and CEO

Rev. Madeline “MAD” Long is the Founder and CEO of Health Integration Systems, Inc. (HIS). She has over 30 years of experience in business management, telecommunications, and organizational leadership. As a tech-forward entrepreneur, she co-owned a cable construction company featured in Black Enterprise for building the Washington DC area cable system. Under an FCC contract, she successfully led her company through complex technical infrastructure management, transition engineering, and system deployment by moving the mid-west region from analog to digital television.

Rev. Long effectively bridges the gap between digital innovation and public health delivery. As a former CDC-funded Fellow with the National Leadership Academy for the Public’s Health, she mastered the cross-sector management needed to scale population health strategies. Her executive background includes serving as Co-Vice Chair for Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas and leading multi-million-dollar community initiatives. At HIS, she channels this dual expertise into directing the system architecture and data logic behind the HIS ConnectCare™ SaaS platform and its mobile diagnostic fleet.
