Erica Berry Wilson, JD, MPH, is an accomplished executive leader with more than 25 years of experience driving strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, public policy, and operational excellence across healthcare, government, education, and nonprofit organizations. She is currently he Chief Operating Officer for Health Integration Systems, Inc. (H.I.S.). Prior to her current role, she served as Chief of Staff for Unity Health Care, one of the nation's largest federally qualified health centers, where she advised the CEO, led enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, developed organizational performance metrics, and oversaw communications, marketing, and project management functions. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles with Prince George's County Government, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Prince George's County Public Schools, and the District of Columbia Public Schools, leading complex organizations through periods of growth, change, and innovation.
