Aleah Williamson serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Health Integration Systems, Inc. (HIS), where she leads strategic planning, partnership development, organizational growth, and cross-sector initiatives that advance health, workforce, and community outcomes. With nearly two decades of leadership experience spanning federal government, healthcare, technology modernization, and organizational transformation, she brings expertise in building scalable systems, aligning stakeholders, and translating vision into measurable results. In her leadership role with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Williamson has overseen large-scale modernization and operational initiatives, led complex stakeholder collaborations, and driven innovations that improved service delivery, accessibility, and organizational performance.

In addition to her work at HIS, Williamson is the Founder and Principal Consultant of A Woman’s Mindset, LLC., where she advises organizations on strategy, governance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. She is passionate about developing collaborative solutions that bridge healthcare, workforce development, economic opportunity, and community impact.
